All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product we will inform you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver goods in the stated timescale.
While MTA Pneumatics aim to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order and confirmation was received).
Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Larger consignments are priced on request.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or at the point of collection from store. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, MTA Pneumatics shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
MTA Pneumatics use a variety of Courier companies for United Kingdom (UK) and international deliveries.
Delivery dates are approximate and unless we have caused the delay, we will not be held responsible for late arrivals.
Returns
MTA Pneumatics will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns that are not in a saleable condition. The customer may be liable for a minimum of 40% restocking charge and any incurred courier charges. (Only applies to goods which are returnable)
