• All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product we will inform you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver goods in the stated timescale.
• While MTA Pneumatics aim to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. MTA Pneumatics reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order and confirmation was received).
• Carriage costs are based on shipments of 10kg and below. Larger consignments are priced on request. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
• We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
• You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or at the point of collection from store. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
• In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Festo Pneumatics shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
• MTA Pneumatics use TNT for all United Kingdom (UK) and international deliveries. We may from time to time at our discretion, use other carriers.
• Delivery dates are approximate and unless we have caused the delay, we will not be held responsible for late arrivals.

Returns Policy
MTA Pneumatics will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All items returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns that are not in a saleable condition. The customer will be held liable for a 20% restocking charge and any incurred courier charges.
